    Explore using the pedal without weight on it (for about half of the class)

    No music on this one. It cuts off before I say "take any stretch you need" - but go ahead and do that!

  • Chair 28 - Play with Neuro Cues

    In this neuro-focused class, Mariska uses proprioceptive and visual cues and includes gait focused exercises.

  • Chair 29 - Theraband

    Grab a theraband for this class for extra feedback and creative exercises.

  • Chair 30 - Full Body

    Handles are optional for this class (Mariska uses it for one exercise but shows you how to do it without). This class mixes floor based and standing exercises and ends with a new swan variation.
