My goal was long sequences of non-stop movement - so this class contains a very extended legs in straps series (might do a whole class of that), as well as some quadruped work using the platform (just pad your footbar end of the reformer if you don't have one - or you can bring the long box to the floor in front of the reformer - that works, too!)
