This mini reformer class focuses on the glutes (mainly the glute max, but also using the glutes as stabilizers, which gets into the gluteus medius/minimus). A future outer hip mini reformer class will focus on those!
Do this alone or mix it with another mini class (or two) for a more complete workout.
