Adding to the Mini Reformer Library - Hip Flexors. When I say "low abs," this is a bit of a misnomer but a common workout request from my students. What we end up working are the hip flexors - the muscles that bring your leg towards your torso or your torso towards your legs. I also include some transverse abs (stay tuned for a class dedicated to just that), which are the deepest layer of abdominal muscles.
Do this workout alone or pair it with other mini workouts for a more complete class. No music for these - so just pop on your favorite tunes.
