  • Reformer 58 - Quads, Hamstrings, Obliques

    In this member-requested class, Mariska concentrates on the muscles around the knee that are important for knee rehab. To make a full-body workout, the class also includes a lot of obliques.

    Grab a theraband for this glutes-focused workout (that ends up getting arms involved as well).

  • Mini Reformer Workout - Abs

    How long does it take to really get your abs on fire. About 15 minutes.

    Use this workout when you don't have much time or mix it with another mini workout for a custom routine.

  • Reformer 59 - Strap Work

    All straps... all class. Work full body in this class but plan on using the straps the whole time.

  • Reformer 60 - No Straps

    In this class, we stick with the carriage and the box, and don't use the straps... at all.

  • Reformer 61 - Circles

    Did I do an entire reformer class dedicated to the Circle? Yes. Yes I did. There are leg circles, of course, but I tried to make sure to include them at every level. Footwork. Box. Side-lying. Prone. Supine. Legs. Arms. Torso.

  • Reformer 62 - No Springs

    Take off the springs! But be careful. In this workout, Mariska uses the unweighted carriage and box for a full body challenge.

  • Reformer 63 - Work Around the Reformer

    In this class, Mariska avoids lying down or sitting or standing on the reformer carriage itself.

  • Reformer 65 - Mostly Lunges

    Lots of lunges... and some legwork.

    In this class, we focus on quadriceps, hip flexors (one of which is a quadricep), as well as glutes.

    I had no plan for this class other than to see where the whims of the day would take me. (Legs in straps. Lots of legs in straps). I did some upper body and ab work as well. But glutes and hamstrings proved the focus.

  • Reformer 70 - Obliques and Quads

    Obliques and quads were the focus, but the class also has some lat and glute work as well.
