  • Reformer 99 - Vestibular Challenge

    In this neuro focused workout - Mariska works on incorporating vestibular exercises (essentially shaking up the fluids in the ear). This can be helpful for some clients with balance issues.

  • Reformer 100 - Rotations

    This neuro-focused workout focuses on the rotations that need to happen for proper gait. There's also a focus on maintaining a posterior pelvic tilt without overusing the lower back for certain movements.
