  • Mini Reformer - Hamstrings

    Well, this mini workout got a little long, so there's also a short version if you don't want to have trouble walking down the stairs tomorrow. Otherwise - quad burn, on demand.

  • Mini Reformer - Quads (Short version)

    To mix and match, pick your favorite body parts' mini workouts. This is an edited, shorter version of Mini Reformer - Quads (for the days when you want to work your quads, but don't want to kill them).

  • Mini Reformer - Triceps

    Short tricep workout combining supine, seated, and prone exercises. Pair this workout with any of the other Mini reformer workouts or use it as a quickie focus on one body part (or for ideas for your classes).

  • Mini Reformer - Inner Thighs

    Want a feel-the-burn inner thigh workout to do alone or pair with another workout? This one fits the bill. Grab a magic circle or a ball for some of the exercises.

    No music so you can play your own mix if you combine the minis for a custom workout.

  • Reformer 53 - Feel Good

    Do you have 30 minutes and want to feel good? This short workout is focused on waking up the body, stretching it a little, and getting it to feel better.

  • Mini Reformer - Shoulders

    Our first ab focused mini reformer workouts targets the obliques - those muscles responsible for rotational movement, side bending, and stabilizing the torso.

    In this mini reformer workout, we focus on outer hips. Ignore the sweatshirt in the foreground.
