  • Chair 1 - Triceps, Glutes, Deep Abs

    Grab your Wunda Chair for this workout focused on triceps (my favorite arm muscle!), glutes (my favorite body part to work) and deep abs (because we just gotta). This pairs with Spotify Mix Mariska Chair 1.

  • Chair 2 - Legs, Pushups, and Disco

    Join Mariska and her quarantine buddy Brian in this leg and push-up focused Chair class. Mariska throws in some abs. Brian ads some disco.

  • Chair 3 - Glutes, Shoulders, and Obliques

    Obliques, shoulders, and glutes are the focus here with bridging and pike (pull-up) variations.

    Warning - this is not Mariska’s best performance ever because some of the exercises proved to be harder than she thought!

    The entire workout is done with the split pedal chair (pedal in two pieces). It ended up being a LOT of shoulder control.

  • Chair 20 - Mat on the Chair

    In this member requested class, Mariska takes some classical mat exercises and shows her interpretations of them on the Wunda chair. Not every exercise is included, but hopefully this gives you some ideas on how the repertoire from one apparatus can be moved to another.
